A new home and tasty adventure

It's a normal day like any other day. Except that we're getting a new home. That's right, a new home but not for my family. It's for my fishes. I have a small aquarium at the porch. There are 2 albino corydoras, a bunch of red mollies and guppies. I'm trying to create a thriving aquarium but I'm not sure about the corydoras because I can't differentiate the females and the males.

We went to an aquarium shop nearby my house to get a slightly bigger aquarium, a stand, wood covering and a 2-way filter and air pump. Everything still needs a maturity period before the fishes can be transferred into their new home. Only then my mom noticed something. The little ones can be easily sucked into the pump and end up at the filter cotton *sweat*.

Luckily my family and I were going to 1 Utama. We went to have dinner, shop around and tried to look for a smaller pump to avoid the little ones ended up at the filter cotton. Well, sadly there's no suitable pump available. So, we'll just have to find the pump on another day.

Let me tell you about our dinner location. It's a steamboat restaurant named Plus One Shabu Shabu. The restaurant is located at the Rainforest and it's at the same floor with Nando's. The bad news about it is that the food is non-halal. Each person has his or her own steamboat broth to choose from the menu. Then they can order the food they wanted. The drinks came in jugs so we got a cool herbal drink. We really had our fill with the dinner.

For now, I'll just have to let the new aquarium to mature for a few more days before placing the fishes into their new home. I hope they will enjoy it (^^).
