Event: RAC Gombak's "Eat All You Can" fellowship (supposedly)
The original plan was simple. We were supposed to go to the night market at Taman Connaught to shop for tid-bits and eat them along the way from one end to the other. But due to the raining season and other uncertainties, we had no choice but to change to another plan.
There were 4 members who participated in the fellowship. Namely me, Calvin, Kristine and Jacqueline. We met up at Sunway Pyramid, and the location not yet decided. So, after a little bit of discussion, we ended up at the Circle Restaurant located outside of Sunway Pyramid (it used to be Halo Cafe). It has a very comfortable setting and the menu comprises of western and chinese food. They even have a stage for their singers and musicians to perform.
The food is Ok. Though I'm easily satisfied when it comes to food. If you wanted to know how's the food really like, it's better if you try it out for yourself. The performers sang songs that were dedicated by the customers of the restaurant. The guitarist also entertained the crowd with his unique skill of whistling using only his teeth and tongue. All in all, the performances were quite entertaining as you listen to the songs performed.
After that, we went to our 2nd and final stop of the night. Steven's Corner located near Taman O.U.G. It's one of our favourite place to enjoy mamak food and drinks. I had to say, we really had our full there. Not to mention the additional amount of cholesterol that I've taken. Well, I really enjoyed having fellowships like this (although I prefer it not to be so often ^^" ) as it is a good way to tighten the bonds not just among the members, but among friends as well.
Our first stop, the Circle Restaurant at Sunway Pyramid
